How many lockers are available?

We have 10 long term lockers available to reserve.

How do I gain access to my locker?

You can use your mobile key, which will be sent to you after booking. You will also be given a unique pin code to give you access to Whistler Bag Storage. You can access your lockers between 5am and 11pm every day.

Can I fit 2 sets of ski’s / boards?

Yep, 3 is getting tight. Check our dimensions above.

Do these lockers dry my gear?

We force air through all ski lockers in a climate controlled environment. If you have soggy gloves or boots, take em’ home with you, but there is enough air to dry your skis, helmet and damp stuff for the morning.

Can I cancel/change my booking?

No, long term are paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable.

Can I book a locker that starts 3+ months in the future?

Long term locker start dates have to be within 2 months of the current day, please check back 2 months before you need a locker to reserve your long term locker.

Do you book out?

We reach capacity early every winter, if you want a locker and it’s available -book it!
