Jersey Cream Express opens on Blackcomb’s opening day, every season. It is the primary mid-mountain lift in the resort’s first-day terrain package. For 2026-27 expect it from 20 November 2026. It also runs to the very end of the season, finishing on 18 May in 2026.
Where Jersey Cream Express sits in the opening order
Jersey Cream is the lift Blackcomb’s season is built around. In every opening-day package since 2021 the Blackcomb Gondola has fed Jersey Cream Express, giving access to Wishbone and the early-season terrain.
It sits in Jersey Cream Bowl at around treeline, high enough to hold snow in November and sheltered enough to run in poor weather. It is also the feeder to Glacier Express and 7th Heaven, so it has to be running before the alpine can open.
It was rebuilt as a six-pack for the 2024-25 season, adding 29 per cent uphill capacity, and debuted on opening day.
