The Big Reveal
Drum roll, please… Whistler will be kicking off its season on Thursday, 20th November at 8:30 am. So, if you’ve been itching to hit the slopes, mark this date in your calendar. Whether you’re a seasoned skier, a snowboard enthusiast, or someone looking to experience the magic of Whistler for the first time, the mountain is ready to welcome you.
Countdown
What to Expect?
Usually both mountains are open, with the Whistler gondola, Emerald, Red Chair on Whistler, and on Blackcomb, Blackcomb Gondola, Excalibur Gondola, Jersey Cream and Catskinner chairs run on on. This could be totally wrong depending on early season conditions. Some years you can ski to the valley. Other years it could be catskinner and emerald chairs only.
