Everything as described and more. This place is fantastic, an incredible service, and just what a skier needs to have a great time on the mountain. This place literally saved us hundreds of dollars a night, because we just got a much, much cheaper room just a tiny little bit further away, and every morning we could go for the small walk, arrive to the room, changed into our gear and be on the mountain minutes later, all without lugging gear, damaging our boots, starting the day sore, etc. The area to put on your boots I perfect, it's DRY in there, the procedure to open the door and lockers is seamless, and generally, it's just perfect.

Lockers we easy to get to. Much better than hauling everyone's skis back and forth. We just carried boots down to room, put them on in the room and left shoes in locker while skiing. Easily holds 4 sets of adult skis and poles. A large locker would hold two skis and boots if you wanted. Room is warm so boots wouldn't be cold in the morning.

Very convenient location and reasonably priced. Description of locker is accurate on sizing. We accidentally left a pair of boots out and the crew not only put them in lost and found, but after we contacted them, the boots were returned to our locker. Highly recommend.

Pricey but very conveniently located, and totally self-service with your phone. Bonus points for having recharging stations, my battery was almost dead after a day of snowboarding, so a quick charge while I sorted my gear was perfect.

Easy way to store your gear in an easily accessible location. We had to check out of our Condo by 10am but weren't being picked up by our transport till 2pm so this was a great place to store bags, carryons and board bags for 6 people. Thanks.

Good location and clean, but be aware it is self-service, unlocking with the phone did not work, and it took us a couple of tries to be able to unlock with the PIN.

The locker service it’s incredibly great . The price is a little expensive, so it’s good because is together to Hilton lobby. Inside of the room is very hot , and always are people rest inside , so the music is great . I would like to get an app to rent a locker not just for 1 day , I will prefer to have the option to get this locker for more day o week because the problem is that if you forget the time and you overdue the time given, you need to swap the lockers and pay again .

Excellent user experience! Unlocking the front door and locker with the mobile key worked seamlessly. I had also booked the wrong locker size, but the website made it very easy to switch to another one that was available. Lockers and storage room were also quite clean.

Convenient option for storing luggage, particularly if you are staying at an airbnb that can't / won't hold luggage. Online booking is required but easy (no staff on site but there is a service phone number). Felt like a pretty secure location

It was great to leave our bags in a locked, but easily accessible location while we enjoyed our last day in Whistler. We chose a large unit and were able to fit 4 carry-ons and 3 backpacks easily. Would recommend when you want to have one more day after checking out. The PIN code worked but not the electronic key. Don’t lose your pin!!!

Good location for checking out Whistler. We arrived on the bus and had a few hours to spare before check in. Being able to use the storage meant we could explore the area without added weight. Lockers are secure, coded entry, locker code received when booking and covered by cctv. I liked the ability to book in 2 hour intervals.

Perfect place to store our skis in late April when the skier shuttle bus isn't running. We walked from Northstar by the market and picked up our skis very close to the gondola. It is a treat that we'll repeat. Instructions are easy to follow. We rented a small ski locker that held two pairs of skis and poles, and two helmets. All by scanning the QR code on the door and filling out the rental information. Entry codes are sent by email.

The lockers are very conveniently located at the lobby level of Hilton hotel, just about 100m from Whistler gondola. Access is very simple. We were renting a smaller ski locker - good enough for two pairs of skis. We also managed to fit in two pairs of ski boots and two helmets even though it was very tight.

Really convenient, easy to book and use, 1 min walk from gondola. Clean and heated. Most importantly, when I had a problem — specifically overstayed our rental period and misplaced some items — the company was able to remotely help me right away over the chatbot and totally saved our day. I am SO happy we found Whistler bag storage. For me, one of the worst parts of ski trips is lugging our skis to and from the mountain every day and this solved that concern! All the directions were easy to follow and I really like that they took previous reviews and made updates to the website making the lockers VERY easy to find. A little pricey, but so convenient. Well worth the cost. Mile walk to the locker was a good warmup, 3 sets of skis and boots fit in the locker with some stacking. We'll use it next time.

V convenient. Bit pricey but makes life heaps easier to be able to walk around without the ski boots & without carrying the skis. We had the large locker which just fitted 3 pairs of adult skis, poles & boots. If you've got wet helmet, don't leave it in the locker as it'll still be wet the next day. The skis and boots otherwise were dry the next day if you shake off all the snow beforehand.

Why take a local shuttle bus with heavy ski boots while holding your gear? Get a storage locker that is accessible, reliable, and affordable. Leave your boots and gear, change into comfortable runners, and take a shuttle home following a full day on sunny slopes. Highly recommend

Loved the location. The online chat was a real person who was very helpful. It would be nice if the website gave directions to the load zone in the parking garage just an elevator ride away. Took some time to figure out the simple way to drop off and load up gear.

Honestly, a very nice expereince with these locker rooms, very secure with cameras and moible entry. The lockers were a good size and I like the rental being for the whole day rather than only ski lift operating hours. Theycould use one more charging port to be more accessible for all, but it's not the end of the world. Thanks WBS
